Default Watch us on Ch 9 NH Chronicle Wed. Night

Channel 9 came here and filmed for four hours today. We are in our 35th year in this sap house. Started with a 3X8 and 200 taps. It will be a 6.5 minute segment focusing on renewable energy use for making syrup. Check it out

If you have an online link for it, post it so the rest of us can watch it as this would only be visible to just a handful of trader members.

    Thanks!

The Channel 9 website doesn't seem to post videos of the Chronicle show. I will receive a DVD copy and post it on the web somewhere and post a link here. It may be a week or so before that happens. Thanks for your interest.

We are seeing good runs of sap daily now ...making 30 to 50 gallons of syrup per day. Mostly A Dark this year for some reason.

A friend told me there was another Chronicle special on last night about sugaring. Did anyone see it and who was it about?

Thanks Bill. I tried searching the Chronicle site for it, but couldn't find it. Wouldn't mind checking it out.

I think I heard of some native american or colonial museum in the Conway-Madison area that was giving classes on how the indians or colonials made syrup. Sounded interesting.
