I'm looking at the 14 day it looks good for the week starting this fri then it drops again. I should have my homemade 2x3.5 evap ready this sat. Am I still too early tapping thurs or fri? 35-50 taps down my driveway, haven't attempted tapping my sugar bush yet, only my 2nd year.
