Changing back and forth from rain to snow-elevation dependant,,at the sugarhouse we got 2 inches,,in Hill there is 4 inches,,,38 deg-I would think it would ne running better than it is,,,,,piddeling,,,Ray on his way back with 1000 or so gal,,probably will boil it tonight,,,I cleaned the evaporator yesterday and this is fresh,clear sap,,,and I want to make some newbrunswick style candy
