My first and probably only post this year. It was a great season for sure. Tapped in the first week end in March (65 taps, 3 weeks early) had several good batch boils leading up to Easter week end which was a non stop 4 days of boiling producing 10-12 gallons of amber. Finished off the last boil April 8 and turned out approximately 4 gal. of dark syrup. Time to clean everything up and move on to other projects. until next year
