Glass Bottles - 250ml Gingerbread Man

Anyone know the retailer or supplier that makes the gingerbread man glass bottles? Specifically, the 250 ml bottles. We ordered a case from another maple farm/dealer in NY but shipping was another half the cost of the bottles for a case. Looking to get more, hoping to find something closer I could pick up in person. Not in CDL catalog or Lapierre catalog. Any info or help appreciated.
