    Default PTFE (Teflon) Lined Tanks

I am looking at purchasing a PTFE lined silo for storing permeate. Have folks had any experience with this? Will the coating hold up over time? The tank has previously been used for flour storage.

I would be weary of that material even if just for permeate, essentially Teflon non stick. Seeing as it is used and probably required periodic cleanings over time, the liner material may be worn and possibly leaching.
