I always looked forward to going to Maplerama every summer. Does anyone know if this is coming back? I haven't seen anything yet about it, so I'm assuming there is no event for 2023??
Thanks

This is what I received when I inquired with the Vermont Maple Sugar Makers Association.
"There is not a Maplerama planned for this year. I think the last one was in 2018 or 2019. Mapleramas have been run by Vermont's county maple associations in the past and we don't have a county chomping at the bit to take it on (it's a very heavy lift). What we aim to do as an association is take the pieces of Maplerama that we heard were impactful for sugar makers and try to replicate those throughout the year by offering opportunities for peer networking, education and sugarhouse tours."

Thank you Randy. If Maplerama becomes no more, it's unfortunate, but I understand. It is a heavy lift for a county to host it.
