    Default Patrick Phaneuf

What happened to Patrick Phaneuf? Some of the OG's on here probably remember his name. I often wonder what became of him.

Nate you may remember that the first (of many ) evaporator that I purchased was from him. He brought it down from Quebec. I have not heard about him in a long time, except it seems like his company changed names at one point.

He does make quality products. We are actually selling our 2x4 drop flue evaporator, arch and steam hood with sap heater he built for us. It is a great rig. I will miss not using it.

He’s still around. I took my flue pan to him at his shop last year to add a divider and pick up my new syrup pan. Think he is swamped and is not advertising as much as he used to. I have been in touch with him talking about building me a full 2.5 x 8 deluxe pro. I just Havnt made my mind up yet.

I bought my first divided pan set from him some 14-15 years ago, it was very nice pan. I would have liked him to build a raised flue pan set for my arch, but communication was an issue and it never happened.
