    I will also be tapping Sunday. About 100 buckets. If I was still on vac I would have been tapped for a couple of weeks now.

    I’ll definitely tap this weekend. Would have liked to tap this week but out of town for work.

    All tapped and ready to go here.
    Finished up today in the 10 degree weather with 30mph winds. If the forecast holds true we will be ripping through sap by monday. Have 5000 this year up from 1250 last year, should be exciting.

    Yes.
    Its up the road on a small leased woods. Only had 350 taps on it and a sap ladder. Works well.
    Would like to get a little more out of it but the ladder kills it.
    Luckily its a 2.5-3% woods

    5000 is a boat load!
    I think sap's going to break loose tomorrow and go all day Monday - you've got the oil tank full I hope!

    I got 450/500 tapped today, will finish up tomorrow morning. Interested to see if the trees wake up quickly or over a couple days. Happy Boiling!
