    Default Tapping 2023

Who's ready to make some syrup?? Upcoming weather looks pretty favorable here in Central Illinois.

Forecast for the next two weeks in central Ohio makes me think I should already have taps in.
5-6 weeks early by the calendar, hope I'm not missing the boat.

Default To Tap or not to tap..

I'll be putting taps out next weekend. Weather looks very favorable over the next 30+ days.

Has anyone put taps in yet? Just seems way too early...but the weather says now is the time. Am I wrong?
