    Default Sugar House Interior

I started last year with 27 taps on 3/16 tubing, boiled on a concrete block arch with steam pans and liked it enough to build an arch and bought a 2 x 5 divided pan.
Just finishing up a 12 x 14 sugar house, board & batten sides and I fully covered the roof with wood and metal roofing.
Planning on staining the outside, my question is what to do on the inside, is it best to leave it bare wood or treat with something?

Whatever your budget allows. My shack is 12 x 16, 17 yrs old, and unfinished interior has worked fine for me. It took 13 yrs to concrete the floor

We covered our entire interior with FRP (fiberglass reinforced plastic), including the ceiling to allow us to wash or wipe down the interior if necessary. This is what is commonly used inside restaurant kitchens. I know the food inspector liked it when he inspected it for our license.

I looked up FRP, boy that stuff is pricey!
I wasn't really wanting to cover the wood, was just wondering if I should seal it with some kind of waterproof sealer
