    That IS really good. It answers a lot of questions I get from customers - and does a better job of it. Thanks for sharing that.

    I really enjoyed the video and will share it.
    2022 - 5 pan block arch - 109 taps, 73 on 3/16 lines, 36 on drops into 5 gallon pails.
    930 gallons boiled, 109 L of delicious syrup made

    Somewhere between 900 & 1000 taps on Atlas Copco vacuum
    1 Sap Ladder & 1 can
    2 1/2 x 10 Waterloo/Small with preheater & hood,
    Air over & under fire
    CDL autodrawoff Homemade drawoff/filter tank with pump,
    Lapierre Sirofilter, modified steam pan bottler
