Has anyone heard what packers are paying this year?
Has anyone heard what packers are paying this year?
I believe the maple news reported that Golden is fetching $2.60 and the other table grades are at $2.50. Also a lovely quote from Pete Roth about how he's not sure what he'll be willing to pay, given the good Wisconsin crop, something about not needing to go looking for it on streetcorners.

Went off the deep end. Might be in over my head...
The published Quebec Federation prices are $3.00/lb GD, $2.96 AR and $2.89 DR in $ Canadian. At today's rates you divide by $1.26 for $USD.
Those rates were set before the season even started so I'm unsure if they will change - especially with the Federation's warehouses almost empty. Local market economy will also vary the going rate.
