With a week of no frost this late in the season [and some temps to 70] i'm going to quit. Makes me sad as I had some trees running yesterday as if they just thawed. A few years back I was holding on just to get to 2000/gal of sap, and lost all the almost syrup in the evaporator. Went ropey they call it. Lesson learned. time to clean up.
