Default more sap than usual this year?

Anyone else getting mor sap then last year? Weather must be better. I ah to borrow some totes from my wife so I could collect from the 5 gallon buckets. Boiling off yesterday and today I just got my barrel evaporator down to one serving tray just now. No idea how many gallons I had.

More sap is a good thing, as long as you can handle it. An RO would help, sized properly for your operation.
Dave Klish, I recently ordered a 2x6 wood fired evaporator from A&A Sheet Metal which I will be converting to oil fired
Now have solar, 2x6 finish pan, 5 bank 7x7 filter press, large water jacketed bottler, and tankless water heater.
Recently bought another Gingerich RO, this one was a 125, but a second membrane was added thus is a 250, like I had.
    After running a 2x3, a 2x6, 3x8 tapping from 79 taps up to 1320 all woodfired, now I'm going to a 2x6 oil fired and a 200-425 taps.

While an RO would be nice I am just a small hobby guy. 8 red maples, just enough to get some syrup for the year. Yesterday I finished the 1st run and got 1 gallon. Can't upload a picture but I'm not sure if I have enough posts.

Getting crushed... I've been working my 2x3 mason and RO bucket almost non-stop. I may be working from a life raft tomorrow! Careful what you ask for I suppose...
