Congrats Murray! I finished up my pan Sunday. I hate going to propane to finish, it takes so long. But its my best option too. I finished with an all time high as well, but no where near as much as you. I had 13.21 U.S. gallons, 50 litres. I had 612 gallons of sap but it was barely 1.5% at the end and I bottle on the heavy side. Just how we like it. Now the fun part of cleaning everything.

Season went by fast as it always does. I had a successful season again. Happy with the way the syrup turned out. Really clear and sweet this year. Got most of my cleaning up done and now to put everything away until next year. Already looking for ways to expand the operation next season.
