Tapping completed Saturday. Today was a warm day and the line start cleaning…

I’ ll install my pump tomorrow. Must be able to boil before the end of the week.

Still receiving snow over night for the next few days.

It was flowing yesterday . I installed the pump early morning was able to flush the line ,but as Tuesday morning everything is frozen for the next
Few days.

Have you start boiling in Peru?

No boiling for us yet but things have started to run. Should run again today and will boil tonight or Wednesday to sweeten the pans.

More then 100g over night….we are started for at least 15 days Will be a good day of boiling.

Nice weekend. 2.5 brix for the SAP…. Was a very nice week. 8g of syrup and still 100g of sap to boil.

Clear syrup with touch of vanilla not too much sand was easy to clean tonight.
Little break for few days. Weather will be below freezing point for 48 hours ….
