Invert Sugar merasures as LO
I have 2 glucose meters one brand new and the other a few years old. I purchased new test strips for both meters. When testing a syrup sample, 10g syrup and 90g water, both meters registered the glucose level as 'LO'.
So I'm wondering how you handle this situation when dealing with maple confections.

In the destruction manual there is a way to adjust the settings. Most glucose meters will be able to give readings as low as 20 but they are preprogrammed to show Lo at less than 50 (I think)
