    I heard that the federation in Quebec is out of organic and that they will sell out completely by April...

    I can't imagine that they'll run out completely. Perhaps on organic.

    yes will be wiped out by spring except for commercial and sub grade thats why they approved 7 million tap increase to get reserves back up

    I thought they had a almost 4 year reserve?

    there was syrup from 2012 of various grades but is being used up rapidly.

    Ive talked to several sources this week. Organic gets them in places like california where regular syrup will not, but premiums dont exist now. My organic coming in gets blended with the rest.
