Default M-80 vs MAILBOX - MAILBOX LOSES

This will ruin your morning...had that box out there for 11 years.
Just put a new stainless hinge on the door last winter too - aluminum one had rotted away.
Oh, and the door ended up across the road.

Sad....those mailboxes are so nice looking and not inexpensive. Wonder if it might be covered by homeowners insurance (minus deductible of course)?

That would be nice, but deductible is lots more than replacement cost.
I did call A&A and they had one left. Told him it’s Sold.
New one will have a camera on it. Smile!
