    Default Recirculation Pump

I am in the process of rebuilding my RO to add a second 4x40 post. I will be upgrading the pump to a Procon 330 with a 1.5 HP motor. Since I already have a Procon 265 gph pump, I was wondering if there was any value to installing in on the recirculation line to increase flow.
    Thanks
    Steve

What I may do is use this pump but put in a bypass. That way, I can see if it makes a difference or just complicates matters. If I do, I’ll report back next season.

However, if anyone has a suggestion, please go fo it.

Yes there is an advantage to doing that as long as your plumbing can handle the increased flow with out building pressure. 3/4 inch fittings would be a min
