Default Name Your Favorite Way to Enjoy Maple Syrup

I'm always looking for something different.

I'll go first with my two favorite maple snacks:

    - Cream cheese with maple syrup drizzled over as a dip for Stacy's Pita Chips
    - Vermont Butterworks Farm Plain whole milk yogurt with maple syrup drizzled on top

Simple to prepare, eat right out of the container.

Over vanilla ice cream, in tea or coffee(particularly after lunch), and in yogurt but usually with an orange cut up in there as well.

Just made a maple salmon recipe tonight from allrecipe.com and it is the best. Brown Cow Yogurt with maple (and peach when in season) is next in line. Maple on anything else follows that.

When smoking meat, I coat the meat with maple syrup before I add my rub. It keeps the rub from falling off and adds a great flavor.

I've made a maple marinade combining maple, sweet baby Ray's BBQ sauce, Worchester sauce, and Canadian steak rub a few times. cover the steaks for a couple hours to overnight and it ends up delicious. Pretty good on chicken as well.

1 shot of maple syrup, 1 shot of Ole Smoky Salted Carmel, vanilla ice cream, mix in a blender. Best ice cream drink out there.

Butter Pecan Ice Cream with Maple Syrup on top. On my oatmeal, over a bowl of fruit, on cottage cheese, on sweet potatoes, or just a straight spoon full.

What he said. Unless you have a good bourbon to mix with it.
