Default Air tight door for amateur arch build

    Hi everyone.
I am working on plans for my first arch build. It will be something along the lines of the leader half-pint, but maybe a full 2x3. I am a novice welder and don’t feel comfortable making my own door for the arch. (Needless to say I will be buying the pan.) I thought about buying a barrel evaporator door from Amazon and making the venting/ash door below it. I would prefer a cast iron door and vent kit similar to the one found on half-pints. Does anyone know where I can get something similar to that pre-manufactured all in one door and ash cleanout kit that comes with the half-pint?
Any other creative solutions would be appreciated.

Check the larger dealers, some may have those doors as replacements. In fact, Leader offers air tight fronts (quite pricey) to change a regular arch into an air tight, others may also offer similar ones.
Dave Klish, I recently ordered a 2x6 wood fired evaporator from A&A Sheet Metal which I will be converting to oil fired
Now have solar, 2x6 finish pan, 5 bank 7x7 filter press, large water jacketed bottler, and tankless water heater.
Recently bought another Gingerich RO, this one was a 125, but a second membrane was added thus is a 250, like I had.
    After running a 2x3, a 2x6, 3x8 tapping from 79 taps up to 1320 all woodfired, now I'm going to a 2x6 oil fired and a 200-425 taps.
