So many infos here i have to join !!!
First year home made RO , single 4X40 with a procon 330 wired on 240
200 taps on 3/16
Stange season , but machine was great, takes out about a gallon (3,5 liter) of permeate per minute and 5 gallon concentrate at 150 psi
I run in loop back to the sap tank , its fine but it spoils the sap tank a lot faster
I have seen thread from bowhunter and others related to recirculation ( poor man recirculation)
My 2x6 boils about 22 gallons an hour , i would like to recirculate to a 45 gallons head tank
From my understanding , a tee on the concentrate , one side : valve, flowmeter, out to concentrate tank, other side : valve, no need for a flowmeter, tee back to
pump inlet. And flowmeter on permeate .
Questions : procon 330 sufficient ? 200 gallon Sap tank bottom 2 feets above pump
Machine built with flowmeter 0-10 gpm on concentrate and 0-2 gpm on permeate, will that need to be switch?
What will be from your experience the operating flow and pressure ?
Rincing and washing : do you bypass recirculation loop ( close valve) ?
Fouling : worst , equivalent , better ?

Thanks for the feedback
