Default 2x8 oil fired raised flue boil rates

Does anyone know what the boiling rates are for a 2x8 evaporator with 3' syrup/5' raised flue vs 2' syrup/6' raised flue pans would be?

I would assume the boiling rate would be slightly less, only because you are losing 1 foot of raised flues. Most of the evaporation takes place in the flue pan. If you are boiling concentrate though... the extra space in the syrup pan would be good because there is less water to boil out. My evaporator has the 2x3 syrup pan and has worked out well for boiling concentrated sap.
2x8 Smokey Lake Silverplate raised flue
Around 250 taps mostly on 3/16" and a few on buckets
    CDL Hobby 250 RO
    Lean-to for the sugar shack
Chainsaws, wood splitter and tractor for more good times
