Default Electric releaser pump wire seal

What is anyone using to seal a pump wire through the wall of a releaser or pump chamber?

It's been so long since I built my releaser, I forget what it's called, but I think it's a marine cable seal. Mine screws into the side of the releaser, and it has a hole with a compression gland on it. Pass the cable through, and tighten the nut on the gland. Below is something similar to what I have.

I used a similar type fitting but ended up putting a wad of plumbers putty around the wires as well to give it a 100% seal.
