Have you been getting a good run yet? Are you down in the valley, I’m up in Broadalbin and still have lots of snow and cold. I haven’t tapped yet but ready.

Default Sap in a cold March

Ron had a few good days even through the cold. Snow is gone from around trees. Good sputh facing front yard. So cold thpugh. Frozen up since last Friday. Ran a bit on 1 tree yesterday. Bitter cold winds. Still lots of snow. Miss our farm after 5 yrs. No way we would ever be able to do it anymore. Our neighbors are still afraid to ask what the blue buckets are for. Too funny. Good luck. Warm up today.
