    Good evening everyone,.

Here In the Eastern Township Quebec. Tapping was completed a week ago... i’m glad the last two days was warm enough to clean my tubing.

Now we have to wait the next windows of warm temperature... crazy weather ..in celsius. Today was +2 and overnight -24....Nothing to understand.

    At least excited and ready

    Cheers

Good luck Erick. You're a bit colder than we were last night. Only about -1 deg F (-18 deg C) here (Newport, VT). Darn strong wind from the NW across the lake all night long though -- still blowing hard this morning. Hopefully no tree/pipeline damage to all the maple producers.

    Hi Ed,

Overall 40% of last 2 years.. Average Sap brix was 0.8, but stop abruptly last week after two days of 20 degrees. Last year my last boiling day was April 24 !!!!!

Par contre le gout est excellent pour une petite production. How was your season?

    Cheers
