    Default Floating stuff in evaporator

Hello again. I fired up my new evaporator today and boiled off about 30 gallons. I did this a couple years ago on a home made rig and I think I remember the same thing. When I shut down for the night and the boil stopped , there is a lot of floating piece in the sweet. It’s white and Flores around. Just looks cloudy and dirty. Kind of looks like curdled ,milk in hot coffee. I will filter welll but wondered if it is normal

yes it is normal. you can use a strainer to scoop it out and into a bucket for disposal onto the ground. just make sure its not where anyone will walk it will be sticky.
