Seems like we have had quite a bit of sugar sand the last couple years. What's the best way to avoid having the sugar sand at the bottom of our jars of syrup??
buy a synthetic filter, a syrup press or leave them in the jars for a month or two, let the nitre settle and slowly dump out the syrup on top.
