Question for the experts. I'm doing a mini boil today have about 10 gallons boiled, about 8 more to go. My storage tank has a monster chunk of ice in it. Is this a concern? Should I just keep adding fresh sap to it? My thinking is it will keep the sap healthier until I can do a full weekend boil a week from Saturday. (should have about 60 gallons by then.
