    Started tapping a week ago have pulled off 20 gallons of syrup so far, waiting for a warm up next week.

    We have taken off around 70 Gals so far. Things have been frozen up last few days weather supposed to break tomorrow, next week looks to be awsome.

    Location in SW Virginia, Shenandoah Valley! You south of Roanoke? I reside in Harrisonburg, Va but sugar camp is located in West Virginia, just over a hour drive west!
    Mark 220 Maple
    1100 taps on low vaccum, 900 on gravity.
    900 plus taps leased and on high vacuum
    35 cfm Indiana Liquid Ring Vacuum Pump
    80% Sugar, 20% Red MAPLES

    Well ironically I live in Weyers Cave and work for Harrisonburg. We make syrup 3 hours south near Bluefield where my mom is from.
