Default Show Me Your Shurflo Fittings

I ordered the Shurflo wingnut to 3/4” barb fitting, but the barb is too small for my 3/4” mainline. I’ve used reducers, the strainer, barbs and hose clamps in the past, but am looking for a quick connect solution for easy cleaning and servicing. Would appreciate seeing how you connect your Shurflo to mainline. Thanks!

Have you looked at stainless cam lock fittings?

Be careful if using stainless fittings on the Shurflo pumps, the pump threads are easy to strip, especially if using a metal fitting. If the Shurflo fittings don't work out, a PVC fitting will work, or a swivel fitting which are commonly available for Pex. An adaptor is needed either way. The hand tighten Shurflo or swivel fittings are the best, although adaptors may be needed to your mainline.
