    Default Information: When to Tap

    Hi All!

My name is Kate Whelley McCabe, and I own and operate the Vermont Evaporator Company here in the heart of Vermont's maple country. I have been blogging for years on beginning maple syrup making, and would like to share those blog posts with this awesome mapletrader community.

You can always find them at www.vermontevaporator.com/blog but I'm going to do my darndest to post them here as I go. I'm already behind on this 2021 resolution, so you'll see a few of them today, and then one every other week or so.

Please feel free to ask follow up questions here or contact us through our website!

Here's our first post of the year: "DIY Maple Syrup: When to Tap" -->https://vermontevaporator.com/2021/0...p-when-to-tap/

    Happy Sugaring!

    Kate
