We had a good but short season. Collected record gallons of sap but the sugar content was lowest I have had since I have been keeping track (since 2019). Tapped 215 the first week of March. Pulled taps at the end of the 3rd week of March. Temperatures were warmer than average which made for lots of cloudy sap. It all processed fine but slowed the RO way down. Ended up with 78 gallons syrup.
