    Default homemade ro

question- last year we did not do syrup do to flooding from the fall/winter. This year is looking good. Well I had built a ro with the I think 100 gpd membranes. question is : I sort of left the membranes in the housing since the previous season. (yes got put in the basement and I forgot. Fairly sure I had rinsed them from the year before with the "waste" water. They have`no mold or don't smell bad but still had some dampness to them. Should I just toss them or do you think they still might work.

You don't think you added any preservative? I've never had that happen, I don't know what you should do. Personally I'd toss the membrane, maybe some on here know a way to clean it and test to see if it was damaged. Not smelling bad may be a good thing.
Dave Klish, I recently ordered a 2x6 wood fired evaporator from A&A Sheet Metal which I will be converting to oil fired
Now have solar, 2x6 finish pan, 5 bank 7x7 filter press, large water jacketed bottler, and tankless water heater.
Recently bought another Gingerich RO, this one was a 125, but a second membrane was added thus is a 250, like I had.
    After running a 2x3, a 2x6, 3x8 tapping from 79 taps up to 1320 all woodfired, now I'm going to a 2x6 oil fired and a 200-425 taps.

By the way, I fixed the title of your post, you had a typo making it confusing.
