I was looking through the Lapierre catalog and came across the Pneumatic drop line tool on page 18 . Does anyone have any experience with one ? I’ve search the trader and YouTube and can’t find any information about it.

no but i'm interested in it. it seems like somesone should know about it......
7000 taps on vacuum, just trying to get a little better every year.
I picked one up this past weekend. These things are amazing, I can do over 200 drops per hour with it !
What does it need for a compressor in pressure and CFM, I see it says 3 hp, but CFM and pressure helps me more, thinking maybe a 2HP at a 100-125 per hr might do it?

Dave Klish, I recently ordered a 2x6 wood fired evaporator from A&A Sheet Metal which I will be converting to oil fired
Now have solar, 2x6 finish pan, 5 bank 7x7 filter press, large water jacketed bottler, and tankless water heater.
Recently bought another Gingerich RO, this one was a 125, but a second membrane was added thus is a 250, like I had.
After running a 2x3, a 2x6, 3x8 tapping from 79 taps up to 1320 all woodfired, now I'm going to a 2x6 oil fired and a 200-425 taps.
I’m running mine with a pancake compressor set around 100psi . The compressor kicks on about every 10 minutes. The catalog must be a miss print , my guess it should say 3 gallon..
That sounds more like it. If a 2, 3 or even 4 gal pancake compressor only kicks on about every 10 minutes the air needed is quite low. I normally use my 4 gal Porter Cable pancake compressor for most things, but I also have a twin tank light 4 gal. industrial gas powered compressor that has a small Honda engine. Too loud and too much gas to want to use it for something like that. It generally only gets used to run my pneumatic pruner in my rows of blueberries.

How much did it cost, in my 2020 catalog it is $411.56 but in the 2020 catalog online it is $535.05. Is one Canadian and the other US?

The catalog price of 411$ is what I paid
