DSD catalog only shows 5/16 saddles with 90 degree barbed fitting and 3/16 with only straight barbed fitting. . I have 3/16 laterals. When you install the 3/16 straight saddles are you suppose to mount the saddle on the side of your mainline tubing?

What we did is used a 3/16 to 5/16 hooked connector to a short piece of 5/16 to the 90 degree 5/16 dsd saddle.
CDL 2.5*8 Venturi with all the bells
Leader Clear 5 bank filter press
Memprotec 350H RO
600ish taps and looking for more.
