    Default snow

Our sap finally started running this week and today we're getting 12-18" of wet snow. The kind that clings to tubing and makes a 5/16 lateral 1" in diameter and sags it down 2 feet, breaks limbs, etc. What a winter it's been here, 30 inches in November and it hasn't stopped.

Good luck up there, thought of your operation. We got a foot here in western Maine and we're still without power. Hopefully by tonight. We're all done making syrup but going to check the bushes today.

Fortunately the power only flickered a couple times, just long enough to shut off the r/o, vac. pump and evaporator blower for a second. We're really just getting going here, I hope it lasts until the end of April. Good luck with the rest of your season.
