Default Help finding vacuum pump oil

I'm having a difficult time finding the recommended oil for my Airtech pump. The manual states ATO-4000 and I've always been able to buy from my dealer. Unfortunately, that seems to be a manufacturer number, and not tied to any real specs. Because of the pandemic, I'm told there are some supply chain issues and airtech may be shutdown for a while. My dealer is out of the oil. They were able to tell me it should be vac oil #22, but I'm not able to find a product that meets these specs.

Anyone have any ideas or can point me toward the right oil?

    Thanks!
    Mike

I use (different pump) TSC vacuum pump oil without issue. It is a synthetic oil.
Dave Klish, I recently ordered a 2x6 wood fired evaporator from A&A Sheet Metal which I will be converting to oil fired
Now have solar, 2x6 finish pan, 5 bank 7x7 filter press, large water jacketed bottler, and tankless water heater.
Recently bought another Gingerich RO, this one was a 125, but a second membrane was added thus is a 250, like I had.
    After running a 2x3, a 2x6, 3x8 tapping from 79 taps up to 1320 all woodfired, now I'm going to a 2x6 oil fired and a 200-425 taps.

I have a Busch that is very similar to airtech and have used the tractor supply oil for a few years.

I just did a google search for "ISO 22 Vacuum Pump Oil" and seemed to get quite a few hits. ISO 22 refers to viscosity as far as I know.
