This year we are all on 3/16 hose and shurflo pump. 67 taps with a few more to be added when we tighten the hoses. Waiting for a good freeze to walk on. All plumbed into the sugar shack. Will use homemade RO again this year. Picked up something new this year that may make jaring easier. Bought a DIGIBOIL used for fermenting beer. Holds 9 gallons at a constant temp and is stainless. Cost a lot less than stuff in the maple catalog. Tried it with water and it did what I wanted it to do. Also bought the insulated jacket for it.
