    Default Safe sap storage.

    At say 35f or 2c how long can you safely store sap before it goes bad?

    Has anyone seen any research papers on sap storage temp and microbes growth?

    I keep mine under 38F and have kept it as long as 7 days with never an issue. Once I empty my storage vessel I rinse everything down and repeat. I evap once a week.
