How early to start tapping?
This is only my second year running so im still a rookie just wondering how early i can start tapping im in southern maine. We've had a preety mild winter so far and i noticed other people are already collecting sap. Figured it was kinda early still.
We are in central NH. Will be tapping in about 2 weeks. Some cold weather moving in the next couple weeks.
