I am thinking seriously about getting the RO Bucket. I won't have a specific room for it, as my shack is only 14x14. In the attached images (hope they load) I am planning on putting the bucket on a stand just in front of the head tank. Outside behind the head tank is a 125 collection tank that I would like to draw from. The collection tank outside is at ground level

Sounds like that would work fine. The nice thing about RO bucket is that it is portable and if you don't like where you set it up, pick it up and put it somewhere else.
