    Default Thermometer

I'm looking for a accurate digital thermometer. What are some good choices?

    7810,
My 2 pennies. Needs to be in tenths of a degree. Get the best you can afford, and get two of them. That way you can check both in boiling water. Mark the boiling point of water on both of them. Use that number to adjust your finish temps for candy, cream, fudge, and sugar.
    Regards.
