    Default Tap Hole Maple

Here is a little project that's taken me waaaay to long to get this far. Life gets in the way sometimes. Fun little shelving unit, not completed, with a hang rod for clothes, not completed, in our walk in closet. Love the way taphole maple looks. Built the shelves from the extra or less featured pieces. First time I've made shelves like this before. Thought the whole thing came out pretty good for an amateur. Hope to have more of it in our new sugar house as that gets completed.

Would love to see what other people have made with Tap Hole Maple over the years!IMG_1572.jpgIMG_1569.jpgIMG_1570.jpgIMG_1571.jpg

    Nice job. Looks great.

I have a taphole maple desk at work. Works great to explain wounding and staining at times.

    I bet it also has super-cool, built-in pencil holders....Grin
