2016: 85 taps 19 gallons
2017: Purchased 2.5 acres and tubed half with 3/16. 145 taps total 49.25 gallons
2018: 200 taps (162 on 3/16ths 38 on buckets) New NextGen RO 63 gallons
2019: 210 taps 73.5 gallons
2023: 210 taps 89.75 gallons

Did u ever get it mounted? I just saw this thread. I was in same boat last year. I built my own flip top and made it open using (2) 1/16 cables. Works great. Routed them straight down through the ridge cap. No leaks, can open and close from inside. Stays open in wind!
2018 - 8 Taps on Buckets - homemade 2x2 pan and wood arch - 1.25 gallons
2019 - 30 Taps on Buckets - new Sugarhouse , 2x4 divides pan and homebuilt
evaporator! - 3.5 gallons
2020 - planning 50 Taps on 3/16 tubing with shurflo vacuum
