    Default 5/16 bucket spouts

    Happy new year all,

I am looking for the best way to hang my sap buckets from a health spout tap. Wondering if any of you have done this with a seasonal spout. We still hang about 200 buckets. Tradition is hard to move on from I guess.

    Thanks,

I bought the 5/16 smoky lake stainless spouts to hang buckets for this year. The ring flange fits thru standard bucket or bag holder holes and seems to hold them on nicely. Nicely designed spile.

Stainless is easy to clean and lasts a lifetime. At $2 each it's worth it (not much more than the aluminum spouts and within 4 or 5 seasons they will beat the price of seasonals)
