Tapped 36 in Summit County yesterday the 15 day forecast looks good.
Looks like the 400s use a 3 inch housing where the 150s use a 2 inch.
For what its worth, i use a system exactly like what the OP is showing. I run it at about 100 to 120 psi with 150 gpd membranes. My sap is usually about 1.5 to 1.75% and I can get it to almost 6% in one pass. Often during the week i will run the concentrate back into the holding tote and slowly get the whole batch to about 7.5 to 8%.
