    Default HACCP Plan

    Has anyone wrote a HACCP plan for syrup and the different products that are made with maple syrup. If so would you be interested in sharing your information or where to go to get help in writing the plan.

    Yup. Been down this road. There are no hazards reasonably likely to occur. But the HACCP still needs to be created.
